	1. Do you have a catalog? We can e-mail or send you any picture from our website. We also can answer any questions via e-mail CustServ@allmultimediastorage.com. 2. What are the units made of? We carry the highest quality of wood, metal and engineered wood (see description below). We have added many new units to our site giving us a variety of materials. Check the description for each unit. 3. Are the units easy to assemble and what do I need? All of the pieces required for assembly are provided. We have made every effort to limit the amount of time required for assembly. Most people will be able to assemble the units in 1-3 hours. For some of the larger units, two people may be necessary for assembling. For most units, you will need a medium Phillips-head (+) screwdriver and a small hammer. No drilling necessary! If you need assistance during assembly, please call the toll free number included in the box. 4. What is "engineered wood"? "Engineered wood" is a mixture of high quality hard and soft wood materials, which generally come from the surplus of the original lumber processing. These materials are bonded together with a synthetic resin, in a process that combines high heat and pressure to make a very stable, environmentally friendly product. The result is dense, strong panels of particleboard which are then laminated with durable attractive finishes. These materials are then further manufactured into furniture components in a precision, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. 5. How do I clean the units? Just use a damp wet cloth and follow with a dry cloth. Water only! Do not put any cleaning liquids/sprays on these units. 6. I haven't received any confirmation or tracking information for the order I placed? Please check your spam or bulk folder in your email program. You can also try adding our email address to your address book which will allow email messages from us to be received. 7. How do you ship the units? Our units are shipped UPS and FedEx Ground anywhere in the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, FPO, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, Cuba, Puerto Rico or Internationally. We now ship selected products to Canada! Look for items marked with a Canadian flag for details. 8. What type of payments do you take?
